What is a “seat”?
A seat is one user account in your organization. Each paid plan includes a number of seats in the base price; you can add more at the per-seat price shown above.
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. The Free plan costs €0 forever and includes 1 user. It’s perfect for solo use - upgrade to Starter or Business when you want to invite your team.
Can I add or remove seats later?
Yes. You choose the number of seats when you buy a plan and can add more people anytime from the billing page.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, you can change your plan anytime from the billing page.
Are prices net or gross? What about VAT?
All prices are net. We add 23% Polish VAT at checkout. EU businesses outside Poland with a valid VAT number (checked in VIES) pay the net price under the reverse charge. After every payment you get a VAT invoice by e-mail.
