Cookie Policy
Last updated: 17 June 2026 · Version 1.0
1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage and pixels. They let a site remember your actions and preferences, keep you signed in, and help us understand how the site is used.
2. How we use them
We use cookies on our website (epiccrm.eu / epiccrm.pl) and in the EpicCRM application (app.epiccrm.eu). We group them into the categories below. We only set non-essential cookies where the law requires consent after you have given it.
| Category | Purpose | Examples | Consent? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Sign-in, session, security, load balancing, CSRF protection. The Service cannot work without these. | Session cookie (e.g. PHPSESSID), authentication token, Cloudflare security cookie | Not required |
| Functional / preferences | Remember choices such as language (WPML) or interface state. | WPML language cookie, UI preferences, local storage cache | Where applicable |
| Performance / caching | Serve pages faster. | LiteSpeed cache, Cloudflare performance cookies | Where applicable |
| Analytics | Understand aggregate usage to improve the site, where enabled. | Privacy-friendly analytics (if active) | Required |
| Marketing | We do not currently use advertising/tracking cookies. | — | Required |
3. Managing cookies
You can accept or reject non-essential cookies via our cookie banner (where shown) and change your choice at any time. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings — note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may break parts of the Service. Useful guides are provided by your browser vendor (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
4. Third-party cookies
Some cookies may be set by third parties whose services we use, such as Cloudflare (security/performance) and Stripe (on payment pages). Their use of cookies is governed by their own policies.
5. Changes & contact
We may update this Policy as our cookie usage changes. See also our Privacy Policy.
